By accessing or using ipgaze, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You may use ipgaze for lawful purposes only. Automated bulk lookups that degrade service for other users are prohibited.

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or accuracy of geolocation data.

Rate Limiting

The API is rate limited to 120 requests per minute. Exceeding this limit will result in temporary blocks.

Changes

These terms may change at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
